I broke my neck doing a single back flip when I was 17. I used to do arials, but I did them wearing 195’s. The time I broke my neck, I was wearing my 170 rock skis because I was just messing around in the woods. What happened was that when I went off the jump, I flipped too fast because of the shorter skis, and hit the back of my head on the top of the jump. (They found me wandering around in the woods 4 hours later and I didn’t know my name….. kind explains quite a lot if you know me now.)
Man I want to do this so bad I can taste it, and it tastes like “POWDER”! I’m pretty sure one of you guys who is rich enough to do this needs to take along your own National Ski Patroler… Right? Gotta Stay Safe…
Oropharyngeal Airways and Nasopharyngeal Airways. Someone needs to look this up in the book and get back to me, because the video says that one of the times that you would use a nasal airway would be with a patient with extreme facial injuries, but if I remember correctly, you need to be very careful with a patient with that type of injury, because if their facial bones are broken, then they hit hard enough to open their cranial cavity and you might end up killing them with a nasal airway that ends up going the wrong direction and ending up in their brain….
Somebody check this out and get back to me…. Or, I’ll find it myself if you’re all too lazy to help…. common people, a little help here!
